Life is totally hectic these days. Between work, family, and trying to squeeze in some me time/self-care/relaxation, it can be difficult to keep up. But there's one thing that always gets me through: coffee. I deeply love the smell of a good cup of joe, and it gives me the boost I need to tackle the day.

Of course, I also know that sleep is essential. But sometimes, when you're hustling through a busy schedule, it can be hard to get enough shut-eye. So, on those days when I'm feeling particularly stressed, I might just indulge in a little extra coffee (and maybe even skip a nap/power nap/quick snooze).

No criticism humorous coffee hoodies here – we all have our vices. And for me, it's a warm mug of coffee and the promise of a productive day/getting things done/accomplishing my goals.

Between work/school/trying to figure out life, there's barely time/energy/motivation left for anything else. That's where coffee comes in. It's the lifeblood that helps us push through/get stuff done/pretend we have it all together. Whether you like it black/with cream/extra sugary, a good cup of joe can give you focus.
